We have a problem with an opossum coming in our house. What can we do?

If you live inside the city limits of Springfield Animal Control Officers can set a trap to catch the opossum. Just call 864-2069, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. If you do not live inside city limits, just push the opossum out the nearest open door with a broom. Then block the opening that is allowing the opossum to enter your house.
